‘Tis the season to be jolly, and for good reason at The China Club! Christmas is not just a time for presents but to also enjoy your loved ones’ presence. To celebrate this holiday and the new year, we have prepared an exciting line-up of festive menus and promotions just for you.
Try our chef’s take on classic festive dishes such as the Braised Seafood & Mushroom Soup with Short Bread, Roast Chicken Cutlet with Giblet Gravy & Fresh Berry Sauce, and Baked Kurobuta Pork Roll with White Wine Sauce accompanied with Angel Hair Pasta & Broccoli. From now till December, you may also choose from a selection of Chef’s Recommendations which includes new items such as our very own Dual Style French pigeon—roasted and sautéed with asparagus.
Next, ring in the new year with our Jubilation or Rejoicing gala dinner menus, each featuring a sumptuous 6-course spread of fresh seafood and savoury meat. Then, end your night on a high note with a countdown at our Long March Bar. Catch up with family and friends over our special countdown platter filled with tasty, savoury bites before toasting to the new year with a view of our city’s glittery skyline from 52 stories high.
