Meaningful Reunions

Gong xi! Gong xi! The Chinese New Year is one of our busiest times at The China Club. From creating exclusive set menus to hosting appreciation lunches and dinners, our staff are hard at work to ensure an enjoyable celebration for you and your loved ones. To mark this year’s festivities, our chef has created three CNY Set Menus for you to choose from.

Look forward to savour dishes such as Double-boiled Superior Shark’s Fin Soup with Chicken, Stewed 5 Heads Abalone with Sea Cucumber & Sea Moss, and Braised Sea Cucumber & Lobster Noodle with Ginger & Spring Onion. Be sure to also check out our CNY Chef’s Specials and CNY Dim Sum Selections for unique offerings apart from the set menus.Look forward to savour dishes such as Double-boiled Superior Shark’s Fin Soup with Chicken, Stewed 5 Heads Abalone with Sea Cucumber & Sea Moss, and Braised Sea Cucumber & Lobster Noodle with Ginger & Spring Onion. Not forgetting Valentine’s Day, this year, we have prepared a special menu to commemorate your bond with your loved ones. From Poached Lobster on Spinach Broth topped with Scramble Egg White to Black Pepper Pigeon Breast with Seasonal Vegetable, our Valentine’s Day menu boasts of fresh seafood and piquant meats for a delicious and memorable meal.

According to the Chinese zodiac, this is the year of the Rat, the first animal in the cycle. Many believe that the Rat symbolises wealth, good fortune and surplus, and we certainly hope that this signals a prosperous new year for everyone. But more importantly, we hope that this quarter will be a joyful time of reunion with your family and friends, where you gather together to enjoy each other’s presence, meaningful conversations and, of course, good food.

From all of us at The China Club, we wish you an abundance of health, wealth and wisdom in the coming year.
